Massimo Cordella

Massimo works alongside management teams and business owners, contributing to all aspects of the disposal and acquisition processes, such as strategy formulation and acquisition target research, preparation of distributed materials, business plan appraisal, financial modelling and valuation. He also contributes to the firm's marketing and business development programme.

Prior to joining Steen in 2007 Massimo worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in New York City.

Massimo holds a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the CISI, and is an FSA Approved Person.

Originally from New York, Massimo holds an MSc in Finance & Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Columbia University. While at Columbia he worked as a research assistant on published economics research projects at the Graduate School of Business.
