Jason Steen
Jason holds a first class honours degree in politics from Bristol University and an MBA from London Business School, qualifying in 1993. Since then he has worked for international financial institutions including Barings, Granville Baird, Hambros, SG Hambros and SG Cowen. He led SG's investment banking team specialising in UK industrials between 1998 and 2000, and 2002 and 2005. Between 2000 and 2002 he led SG's investment banking team specializing in aerospace, defence and industrials based in New York.
Jason is the senior partner of the firm and has recently been elected as a member of the aerospace committee of the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC).

Robert Collier
Robert qualified with a BA with honours from Harvard University in History and Literature in 2002. Following his degree he worked for UBS in San Francisco on a special situations team working on projects in industrials and defence.
He enrolled in the London School of Economics in 2004 and the following year he qualified with an MSc in Economics. He joined Steen as an associate in September 2005 and was promoted to Vice President in September 2007.
Robert holds both British and US citizenship and in addition to English, he speaks both Italian and Spanish. |
Massimo Cordella
Massimo is a US citizen and qualified from Columbia University with a BA in Economics in 2006. Shortly after his undergraduate studies he enrolled in the London School of Economics ("LSE") and completed an MSc in Finance and Economics in 2007. He worked at Deutsche Bank in New York prior to joining Steen in September 07. Massimo is an Analyst with Steen Associates and has worked closely with Jason on two specific transactions.

Treacy Cruickshank
Treacy joined Steen Associates in 2007, bringing a wealth of PA/Administration experience gained supporting senior executives in award winning organizations in Australia and the U.K. Her arrival has enabled Jason and the rest of the growing team to focus on providing an even better client service while the administrative wheels of the business roll smoothly in the background.
