Steen Associates acted as financial advisor to Tarpey Harris to create Tarpey Harris Ceramics and joint venture with Investech.

Under the terms of the agreement Tarpey Harris and Investech will work together to create Tarpey Harris Ceramics which serves the Industrial Gas Turbine and related markets in the provision of Ceramic Cores for turbine engines.
