UMS Consulting on its sale to Expleo Group

Steen Associates acts as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of UMS Consulting GmbH & Co. on its sale to Expleo Groupe SAS.

Headquartered in Frankfurt, UMS Consulting has over 35 years of management consulting experience in strategy implementation, leadership, end-to-end process optimisation, innovation and digitalization.

The acquisition will strengthen Expleo’s digital transformation capabilities in Germany and Europe and expand its presence in key strategic growth sectors such as banking, automotive, transportation, energy & utilities, and pharma & chemicals.
