Steen Associates acted as exclusive financial adviser to Morvern Group on its sale to Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC)

Based in Derby and Worcester in the UK, Morvern is a leading manufacturer of wax patterns, ceramic core assembly, tooling and dynamic profiling for customers in the industrial turbine and aero turbine sectors. The business has grown rapidly since private investors led a buyout of the company in 2019. The sale to PCC, a leading supplier of investment castings and forged components utilised in aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines is a logical step for the business.

Commenting on the transaction Jason Steen (who was Chairman of Morvern from 2021 to its sale in March 2026) said "We were honoured to work with a top quality management team and workforce, who together turned Morvern from a small UK supplier to an international strategic asset through hard work and diligence.
